Painterly
Our painterly approach is characterized by visible brushstrokes, dynamic textures, and a sense of spontaneity & fluidity. These works tend to focus on capturing the essence of a subject and have a degree of abstraction within representational art.
Linework/Toiles
Our linework focused illustrations are all about, you guessed it, lines, and lots of them. These designs are intricate and detailed, using the repetition of mark-making to create motifs and forms. A classic toile design is the tightest version of this style. For a more modern style the linework gets a bit looser and less dense.
Graphic
Our graphic style is focused on shapes, flat color, and stronger linework. We consider composition and negative space differently in these works. Often, as a matter of style, our graphic illustrations still tend to be quite detailed.
Currently, we’re available for commissioned projects only. We’re beginning to build a collection of ready-made work that clients can choose from as well.
